HAC announced that as of October 27, 2025, the shareholding increase plan of its controlling shareholder Harbin Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. has passed the halfway mark, and no shares have been repurchased through centralized bidding, with an increase of 0 shares, an increase amount of 0, and an increase ratio of 0; this plan is implemented from April 28, 2025, to April 27, 2026, intending to increase the total share capital of the company by 1% to 2%. The controlling shareholder will continue to promote it based on market conditions
