# CGNNT: 27.5 million shares of Guohe Group will be auctioned off judicially

CGNNT announced that 27.5 million shares of the company held by its shareholder, China Dalian International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group Co., Ltd., which holds more than 5% of the shares, will be auctioned by the People's Court of Dalian High-tech Industrial Park. This auction accounts for 23.13% of the shares held by Guohe Group and 2.91% of the company's total share capital. Guohe Group currently holds 119 million shares of the company, accounting for 12.58% of the company's total share capital, with all shares under pledge and a total of 119 million shares frozen. This judicial auction will not affect the company's normal production and operation
