# Intellia 暂时暂停 Nex-z 在 MAGNITUDE 和 MAGNITUDE-2 三期临床试验中的给药

基因编辑公司 Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. (NTLA) 周一宣布，该公司已暂时暂停对患有心肌病的转甲状腺素淀粉样变性（ATTR-CM）和多发性神经病（ATTR-PN）患者进行 nex-z 的 MAGNITUDE 和 MAGNITUDE-2 三期临床试验的给药和筛查。

此举是在 2025 年 10 月 24 日报告的一名患者在 2025 年 9 月 30 日接受 MAGNITUDE 试验中 nex-z 给药后出现 4 级肝转氨酶升高和总胆红素增加的情况下采取的，符合试验协议规定的暂停标准。

该患者已住院，正在接受密切监测和医疗干预。Intellia 正在咨询专家，考虑潜在的风险缓解策略，并与监管机构进行沟通。

截至目前，MAGNITUDE 中已有超过 650 名 ATTR-CM 患者入组，MAGNITUDE-2 中有 47 名 ATTR-PN 患者入组。估计已有超过 450 名患者接受了 nex-z 的给药。
