# MEIDONG AUTO invested USD 20 million to subscribe for shares in SERES

According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, MEIDONG AUTO (01268) announced that on October 23, 2025, the company (as an investor) entered into a cornerstone investment agreement with SERES and China International Capital Corporation. The company has agreed to subscribe for investor shares at the issue price. The total investment amount for the investor shares is USD 20 million.

In light of the prospects and business outlook of SERES and its subsidiaries, the board believes that the transaction proposed under the cornerstone investment agreement is strategically significant for the company, as it can diversify the group's revenue sources and provide continuous investment returns for shareholders
