# Baoding Technology: ZHAOJIN MINING Group plans to indirectly increase its stake in the company by 29.91%

Baoding Technology announced that the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Zhaoyuan City will transfer its 100% equity in Jindu Guotou to ZHAOJIN GROUP, resulting in ZHAOJIN GROUP indirectly acquiring 29.91% of Baoding Technology held by Jindu Guotou. After the completion of this acquisition, ZHAOJIN GROUP will hold a total of 38.02% of the company's shares, while the direct controlling shareholder of the company remains Jindu Guotou, and the actual controller remains the People's Government of Zhaoyuan City
