SESPACE announced that the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has recently approved the company to obtain the special-grade qualification for general contracting of construction projects, as well as the Class A qualification for the construction industry and the Class A professional design qualification for the construction industry. The acquisition of these qualifications will benefit the company in expanding its general contracting business, promoting its efforts in multiple fields and transformation and upgrading, and will also enhance its core competitiveness, injecting momentum for undertaking national-level major projects and expanding into the global high-end market
