# SPG: The court has ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation of the holding subsidiary

SPG announced that on October 27, 2025, the company's controlling subsidiary, Guangdong Jianbang Group Industrial Co., Ltd., received the "Civil Ruling" and "Decision" delivered by the Huizhou Intermediate People's Court, and learned that Zhongshan Shengtang Advertising Co., Ltd. applied to the Huizhou Intermediate Court for the bankruptcy liquidation of Jianbang Company. The Huizhou Intermediate Court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation application of the applicant Shengtang Company against the respondent Jianbang Company and designated the liquidation team to act as the administrator of Jianbang Company
