# Tencent Cloud: The "Image Understanding" plugin in the intelligent agent development platform will officially start charging on November 6

On October 30th, Tencent Cloud announced that the "Image Understanding" plugin in the Tencent Cloud Intelligent Agent Development Platform will be free until November 5, 2025, Beijing time. Starting from 0:00 on November 6, 2025, Tencent Cloud will officially charge for all tools under this plugin, with the product supporting a postpaid billing model. If users wish to continue using the service after the official charging begins, please ensure that the account balance is sufficient and that the postpaid setting switch is turned on
