# Sealand Securities: Director Zhang Chuanfei resigns due to work reasons

Sealand Securities announced that the company has received a written resignation letter from Mr. Zhang Chuanfei, a director. Due to work reasons, Mr. Zhang Chuanfei has applied to resign from his position as a director of the company's 10th Board of Directors and related positions in the special committee, with the original term of office scheduled from February 1, 2024, to January 31, 2027. After his resignation, Mr. Zhang Chuanfei will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Zhang Chuanfei does not hold any shares in the company and there are no commitments that he has failed to fulfill. The company will complete the director's supplementary election work as soon as possible
