# 95 项新职业标准公示 养老托育 + 数字经济全覆盖

> 人力资源社会保障部公示了 95 项新国家职业标准，涵盖养老护理、婴幼儿托育等生活服务类职业，以及先进制造、数字经济等重点领域。这些标准旨在满足民生领域和新兴产业的人才培养需求，包含无人机群飞行规划员、智能制造系统运维员等新职业。

从人力资源社会保障部了解到，我国新组织开发完成 95 个国家职业标准，并正式向社会公示征求意见。国家职业标准是在职业分类的基础上，根据职业活动内容，对从事该职业应具备的知识和技能要求作出的规定。此次新组织开发完成的 95 个国家职业标准，51 个为生活服务类，占到了 53.7%，主要是满足养老护理、婴幼儿托育等民生领域紧缺人才培养需求。37 个为先进制造、数字经济等重点领域，包括先进制造类 19 个、数字经济类 6 个、绿色经济类 3 个、交通运输与低空经济类 9 个，满足产业转型和新兴产业发展急需人才培养需求。此外，这批国家职业标准中还涵盖了无人机群飞行规划员、智能制造系统运维员等近两年发布的新职业、新工种。
