Shanghai RAAS announced that Vice Chairman and General Manager Xu Jun, along with some directors and all senior management personnel, cumulatively increased their holdings of the company's shares by 946,000 shares through centralized bidding from September 10 to October 30, 2025, accounting for 0.014% of the company's total share capital, with an increase amount of 6.4828 million yuan; this increase plan was originally scheduled to be implemented within six months starting from September 5, 2025, with a planned increase amount of no less than 6 million yuan, and has now been completed
