According to the announcement from MABPHARM-B (02181), effective October 31, 2025: Executive Director Dr. Qian Weizhu has been appointed as a member of the company's nomination committee; Executive Director Mr. Tao Jing is no longer a member of the nomination committee; and Dr. Zhang Yanyun (the company's independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the nomination committee) has been designated as the chief independent non-executive director
