# Huahong Technology: Implementation of the share reduction plan by shareholders holding more than 5% has been completed

Huahong Technology announced that shareholder Zhou Shijie reduced his holdings of the company's shares by a total of 12,750,510 shares from August 28 to October 30, 2025, through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 2.05% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account. The reduction plan has been completed. Before the reduction, Zhou Shijie held 53,532,167 shares, accounting for 8.62%; after the reduction, he held 40,781,657 shares, accounting for 6.57%. The shares reduced include those related to the issuance of shares for asset purchases in 2015 and shares acquired in 2024. This reduction will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not have a significant impact on the company's operations
