# 特朗普暂放宽美国环境保护署对铜含量排放标准限制

美国总统特朗普周五批准对国内铜冶炼厂两年免於遵守新的环境保护署 (EPA) 排放标准。

该措施暂时中止「铜排放规则」(Copper Rule)，其中包含新的排放控制要求，并适用於亚利桑那州美国铜业巨头 Freeport-McMoRan(FCX.US) 位於迈阿密的冶炼厂。特朗普强调，获得豁免的固定来源仍将遵守在铜排放规则之前的适用排放标准及合规义务。

环境保护署预计将在豁免期於 2027 年结束前重新评估该规则的影响。
