# Yuehai Feeds Group: The first wholly-owned subsidiary in overseas layout has commenced operations

Yuehai Feeds Group revealed during the third quarter performance conference call on October 31 that Vietnam Yuehai Feeds Co., Ltd. is the company's first wholly-owned subsidiary established overseas, which officially commenced operations on October 30. At the Common Prosperity Investment Promotion Conference held on October 29, this subsidiary not only successfully secured strategic cooperation intentions for 80,600 tons from clients in Vietnam, India, Cambodia, and other regions but also received direct deposit orders totaling 22,800 tons on-site. Additionally, on October 18, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Yuehai Feeds Co., Ltd. officially commenced production for the "100,000-ton annual aquatic feed factory project," which is a core project funded by the company's IPO, with a total investment of 170 million yuan. After production begins, it will rank among the leading specialized aquatic feed enterprises in Anhui
