# Who is destroying the global chip supply chain is clear at a glance

Recently, Nexperia announced that it would stop supplying wafers to its packaging and testing factory in Dongguan starting October 26, citing the failure of Nexperia China's management to make payments as agreed. China will not swallow the bitter fruit of Chinese enterprises being unjustly interfered with by foreign governments; it has the right and capability to take corresponding countermeasures. At the same time, as the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce stated in response to questions regarding Nexperia, China, as a responsible major country, fully considers the safety and stability of domestic and international supply chains and welcomes companies facing actual difficulties to contact the relevant authorities in a timely manner. We will comprehensively consider the actual situation of enterprises and grant exemptions for qualified exports. On one side is the creation of crises, ignoring crises, and continuous escalation; on the other side is a responsible response that fully considers the safety and stability of domestic and international supply chains. It is clear who the disruptor of the global chip supply chain is. Undoubtedly, in this crisis that should not have occurred, the responsibility lies with the Netherlands, not China. After being acquired by Chinese capital, Nexperia has rapidly increased both its production capacity and profits, with revenue reaching 14.7 billion yuan in 2024. Its rapid development is not only due to the management and operation of the Chinese team but is also closely related to the market demand of China's emerging industries and the advantages of manufacturing clusters. The most responsible action for the Netherlands is to stop its improper interference with the company and allow it to return to a healthy development track
