# JIANGSU DAGANG's subsidiary plans to invest 90 million yuan in Aike Integration to expand production capacity

According to the announcement from Dagang Co., Ltd. (002077.SZ), the company plans to use its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Minai Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Minai") to increase its registered capital by 37.1526 million yuan in Jiangsu Aike Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aike Integrated"), using its own funds of 90 million yuan. The remaining portion will be included in Aike Integrated's capital reserve. After the capital increase, Aike Integrated's registered capital will increase from 10 million yuan to 47.1526 million yuan, and Shanghai Minai will hold 78.79% of Aike Integrated's equity, making Aike Integrated a subsidiary controlled by Shanghai Minai and included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The funds from this capital increase will mainly be used for Aike Integrated to purchase high-performance and high-reliability chip testing equipment to expand production capacity.

The announcement shows that Aike Integrated's main business is integrated circuit testing, which is consistent with the main business of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Minai. Aike Integrated is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Aike and is the only operating entity for integrated circuit testing under Jiangsu Aike. Due to the need for industrial transformation and development, Jiangsu Aike has decided to merge the integrated circuit testing business into Aike Integrated for operation, while Jiangsu Aike's main business will transform into asset management and other non-testing businesses. This capital increase to control Aike Integrated is beneficial for the company to further focus on its testing main business and create a good synergy effect
