IREN pointed out that this five-year agreement will enable Microsoft to use NVIDIA's accelerator systems located in Texas, USA—these systems are built on the GB300 architecture and are specifically designed for handling artificial intelligence workloads; the agreement also includes a 20% advance payment. Sydney-based IREN also revealed that the company has reached another agreement to procure the necessary graphics processors and related equipment from Dell Technologies for $5.8 billion.
