According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DAS (002421.SZ) announced that it recently received the "Notice of Filing" and "Notice of Custody" issued by the Yingshang County Supervisory Committee. The company's actual controller and chairman, Mr. Liu Pang, is under investigation and custody.

As of the announcement date, the company's control has not changed, and other directors and senior management are performing their duties normally.
