# TONGDA POWER: As of the end of October, repurchased 18,800 shares, paying RMB 272,600

TONGDA POWER announced that on April 9, 2025, the company plans to repurchase shares through a share buyback scheme, intending to use RMB 30 million to 50 million for employee stock ownership or equity incentives, with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 15 per share. After the annual equity distribution in 2024, the upper limit of the repurchase price will be adjusted to RMB 14.92 per share. As of October 31, the company has repurchased 18,800 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.01% of the total share capital, with both the highest and lowest transaction prices being RMB 14.50 per share, totaling RMB 272,600. The company will continue to implement the repurchase and disclose it in accordance with regulations
