RICI HEALTH (01526.HK) announced the acquisition of a residential unit property located in Xuhui District, Shanghai, with a total construction area of approximately 570 square meters, from an independent third party, Eastern Airlines Assets, for a cash consideration of 199 million RMB, which will be paid using internal resources
