# Morgan Stanley raises KINGSOFT revenue forecast, maintains target price of 38 yuan

Considering the third-quarter performance of KINGSOFT (03888.HK), Morgan Stanley raised its revenue forecasts for 2025 to 2027 by 1.5%, 2.1%, and 2.7%, respectively; during the same period, the normalized earnings per share forecasts were raised by 0.4%, lowered by 4.9%, and lowered by 3.2%, mainly due to the increase in revenue forecasts, but partially offset by increased operating expenses; maintaining a target price of 38 yuan and a "market perform" rating
