SOUTH CHINA FIN (00619.HK) announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Mr. Zhu Mapao, the major shareholder and director of the independent third party Zhong'an Hangxin Technology, to propose the establishment of a joint venture in Hong Kong to promote and sell security and anti-riot products to the global market; provide relevant technical support and solutions for overseas customers regarding the products; and conduct research and development to enhance product functionality and quality
