# Samsonite executives will join Under Armour as CFO

On November 6th local time, Under Armour announced that Reza Taleghani will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2026. He will succeed David Bergman, who has served the company for 21 years and will step down from the CFO position, remaining until the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 to ensure a smooth transition. It was reported that before joining Under Armour, Taleghani served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Samsonite since 2018
