# Baidu's subsidiary fund invests in Popi AI's affiliated company, which is a developer of AI animation creation tools

According to Tianyancha's business information, recently, Popi AI's affiliated company Shanghai Dimension Meme Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with the addition of Sanya Baichuan Zhixin Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership, a subsidiary of Baidu, as a shareholder. The registered capital increased from 1 million RMB to approximately 1.087 million RMB, and some senior executives changed. Shanghai Dimension Meme Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September of this year, with Ning Shaofeng as the legal representative. Its business scope includes film production services, animation and game development, advertising production, and more. Shareholder information shows that the company is currently jointly held by Ning Shaofeng and the newly added shareholder. Public information indicates that the company is committed to lowering the threshold for animation creation through AI technology, providing content creators with more convenient and efficient creation tools
