This collaboration covers the recently opened Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital Day Medical Centre under IHH Healthcare Group (North Asia) and the Shanghai United Family Hospital in Shanghai, providing eligible Prudential customers with convenient and fast direct medical expense payment services. Prudential has become the first insurance company in Hong Kong to expand the Shanghai-Hong Kong medical network with IHH Healthcare Group (North Asia). Since establishing a partnership with Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital in 2018, Prudential has continuously enhanced its seamless, one-stop medical value-added service experience.
