# Nanjing Port: Some directors and senior executives' share reduction plans have expired, with a total reduction of 135,100 shares

Nanjing Port announced that the company's director Deng Jizhu, chief accountant and board secretary Gan Yaping, and deputy general managers Liu Jinguang and Tang Baifu originally planned to reduce their holdings of no more than 155,000 shares, accounting for no more than 0.0318% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding from September 10 to November 9, 2025. As of the expiration of the reduction plan, the four individuals have respectively reduced their holdings by 30,100 shares, 40,000 shares, 40,000 shares, and 25,000 shares, totaling 135,100 shares, accounting for 0.02769% of the total share capital. This reduction complies with relevant regulations, does not exceed the planned quantity, and will not lead to a change in the company's control
