CHINA WACAN (01920.HK) announced that it will issue 112 million new shares to its controlling shareholder and chairman Zhou Zhenlin, equivalent to an increase of 23.08% in the enlarged share capital, and must seek special authorization from shareholders; the price per share is HKD 0.3965, a premium of 4.34% compared to the last trading day (10th). The total subscription amount is HKD 44.53 million, with a net amount of HKD 43.90 million intended for working capital needs
