# CAPITAL REALM appoints co-chairman

CAPITAL REALM (00204.HK) announced that Zhang Zixing has been appointed as a non-executive director and co-chairman, effective from yesterday (10th).

In addition, according to the provisions of Listing Rule 3.10A, the number of independent non-executive directors appointed by the company must account for at least one-third of the board of directors. Zhang Zixing's appointment will result in the number of independent non-executive directors being less than one-third of the total number of directors, which does not comply with the listing rules. The board will, as soon as practicable and in any case within three months from the date of Zhang Zixing's appointment, seek suitable candidates to fill the vacancy to ensure the company complies with the listing rules
