Netflix's "Netflix House" theme park will open on December 12 at the King of Prussia shopping mall in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. King of Prussia is one of the largest shopping malls in the United States, covering an area of over 10,000 square meters. The theme park will be open to the public for free and plans to offer various dining options and activities, with all decorations mimicking some of the most popular shows and movies on Netflix, including "Bridgerton," "Stranger Things," "Squid Game," and "KPop Demon Hunters." Netflix's Chief Marketing Officer Marian Lee stated that Netflix chose not to charge an admission fee because "we want everyone to be able to enter easily. We hope this becomes a place that people visit regularly." In an interview with Agence France-Presse, she said, "As we launched these pop-up experiences, we gradually realized that having a permanent venue would actually provide greater flexibility." Following the Pennsylvania location, other Netflix Houses will open in succession, with the Dallas location in Texas set to launch on December 11, and a third location expected to debut on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada before 2027. Lee said, "The Las Vegas venue is very different; it's not in a shopping mall, but on the Strip... therefore, we will plan the content in a slightly different way." Lee did not disclose the cost of building these theme parks, but she noted, "You can see that for the company, whether it's the venue itself or all the renovations and everything produced, this is a huge capital investment." Lee mentioned that there are currently no plans to create Netflix Houses internationally. She said, "If we were to consider it, we would have to plan from a different perspective." ### 相关股票 - [Netflix (NFLX.US)](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/quote/NFLX.US.md) ## 相关资讯与研究 - [If You Invested $100 In Netflix Stock 20 Years Ago, You Would Have This Much Today](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/280854278.md) - [Fulcrum Capital LLC Purchases 108,390 Shares of Netflix, Inc. $NFLX](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/281328932.md) - [FirstService Residential Unveils New King of Prussia Office | FSV Stock News](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/280477499.md) - [Baron Wealth Management LLC Boosts Stake in Netflix, Inc. $NFLX](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/280900049.md) - [Alhambra Investment Management LLC Acquires 10,762 Shares of Netflix, Inc. $NFLX](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/news/281140128.md)
