# MOST KWAI CHUNG issued a profit warning, expecting the interim profit attributable to shareholders to be no more than HKD 1 million

According to the announcement from MOST KWAI CHUNG (01716), the group expects to record a consolidated profit attributable to the company's owners of no more than HKD 1 million for the six months ending September 30, 2025, while the consolidated profit attributable to the company's owners for the six months ending September 30, 2024, was approximately HKD 4.2 million. The expected decline in profit attributable to the company's owners is mainly due to: (i) the group did not hold any performance events during this period to generate revenue, whereas the group had such events in the corresponding period; and (ii) the increase in fair value gains from the phased acquisition of a 31% stake in To Be Honest Limited during the corresponding period, while the group did not have similar gains during this period
