# Financial Report Express | Nebius rises over 2%, third-quarter revenue increases by 355% year-on-year

On November 11th (Tuesday), during the pre-market session of U.S. stocks, Nebius plummeted before sharply rising over 2%. In terms of news, Nebius reported revenue of $146 million, a year-on-year increase of 355%, which was below market expectations; the adjusted net loss was $100 million, compared to a net loss of $39.7 million in the same period last year.

Nebius plans to issue no more than 25 million Class A common shares, and in addition, will provide Meta with approximately $3 billion worth of artificial intelligence infrastructure over the next five years
