# LIANLIAN: Sun Dali has been nominated as Co-President

According to the announcement from LianLian (02598), the company's current Vice President Mr. Shen Enguang and current President Mr. Sun Dali have been nominated to serve as Co-Presidents of the company, effective from November 11, 2025. After their appointment, Mr. Shen and Mr. Sun will jointly assist the company's Chief Executive Officer in overall strategic planning and daily operational management.

The Board of Directors hereby announces that Executive Director Mr. Xin Jie will resign from his position as Chief Executive Officer of the company for personal reasons, effective from March 2026, the date his resignation is formally submitted to the Board. Following Mr. Xin's resignation, the Board intends to propose the appointment of Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Zhang Zhengyu as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Pending Board approval, this appointment is expected to take effect in March 2026
