# Apple and Tencent agree to charge a 15% fee for purchasing WeChat mini-games? Tencent responds

At the Q3 2025 earnings call, Tencent Holdings Limited (00700.HK) President Liu Chiping responded to the matter of "Apple and Tencent agreeing to charge a 15% fee for purchasing WeChat mini-games," stating that Tencent has a very good relationship with Apple and has collaborated in many areas. Tencent and Apple have been discussing how to make the mini-game ecosystem more vibrant, "I think there may be a formal approval at some point." (Beike Finance)
