# CCTV: The ASML semiconductor incident has damaged the international image of the Netherlands

On September 30, the Dutch government issued an administrative order to improperly intervene in the internal affairs of Nexperia, after which the Dutch corporate court made an erroneous ruling to deprive Chinese enterprises of their equity, severely infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises. On October 26, Nexperia (Netherlands) announced the cessation of wafer supply to Nexperia (China), resulting in the latter's inability to produce normally, causing turmoil and chaos in the global semiconductor supply chain
