RONSHINECHINA (03301.HK) announced that in October, the total contract sales amounted to RMB 216 million, a year-on-year decrease of 67.1%; the contracted construction area was 15,723 square meters. The average selling price was RMB 13,762 per square meter.

In the first ten months, the cumulative contract sales totaled RMB 3.218 billion, a decrease of 47.6%; involving a construction area of approximately 278,282 square meters. The average selling price was RMB 11,565 per square meter
