# ITC PROPERTIES released its interim results, with a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 121 million, a year-on-year decrease of 76.07%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ITC PROPERTIES (00199) released its interim results for the six months ending September 30, 2025. The group achieved revenue of HKD 7.042 million, a year-on-year decrease of 27.38%; the loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 121 million, a year-on-year decrease of 76.07%; basic loss per share was HKD 0.13.

The announcement stated that due to the continued sluggishness of the real estate market, especially in commercial real estate, the group continued to incur property valuation losses during this period. This loss was lower than the loss incurred in the same period last year, as there were no impairment losses on property inventory recognized as cost of sales during this period. Additionally, the fair value of the group's investment properties decreased by HKD 27 million (September 30, 2024: HKD 45 million), which was offset by the group's share of a fair value loss of HKD 71.3 million on a commercial property held by a joint venture in China (September 30, 2024: HKD 43.9 million)
