# The semiconductor ETF fell over 2%, leading the decline among U.S. sector ETFs, while the bank ETF rose over 0.8%, and the S&P Consumer Discretionary sector dropped 2.5%

On Tuesday (November 18), the semiconductor ETF fell by 2.06%, the consumer discretionary ETF dropped by 1.85%, the global technology stock index ETF and technology sector ETF fell by up to 1.71%, the internet stock index ETF decreased by 0.72%, the energy sector ETF rose by 0.8%, the banking sector ETF increased by 0.82%, and the regional bank ETF climbed by 0.9%. Among the 11 sectors of the S&P 500 index, the consumer discretionary sector fell by 2.5%, the information technology/technology sector dropped by 1.68%, the telecommunications sector rose by 0.11%, and the energy sector increased by 0.61%
