# WULING MOTORS established a subsidiary focused on low-speed intelligent driving systems and solutions business

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WULING MOTORS (00305) announced that in order to seize the strategic opportunities of intelligentization in the automotive industry, the group has established an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary—Guangxi Yuankong Zhiqu Technology Co., Ltd. (Yuankong Zhiqu), which will operate independently with a focus on low-speed intelligent driving systems and solutions. These businesses are currently managed by the group's directly non-wholly-owned subsidiary—Liuzhou WULING MOTORS Industrial Co., Ltd. (WULING Industrial). Yuankong Zhiqu is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of WULING Industrial.

Yuankong Zhiqu primarily engages in low-speed intelligent driving business, focusing on the research and development and manufacturing of drive-by-wire chassis and low-speed unmanned vehicles, and providing related solutions. Its main products include a series of drive-by-wire chassis products and scenario-based complete vehicle products, all of which can meet the needs of intelligent charging robots, unmanned shuttles, and unmanned logistics, with some products already successfully launched in the market. The establishment of Yuankong Zhiqu aims to leverage the group's existing resources and advantages to further accurately incubate, empower, and promote the development of the group's intelligent driving business.

The board of directors believes that conducting intelligent driving business through Yuankong Zhiqu as an independent entity aligns with the group's development strategy, enhances business conversion efficiency, improves innovation mechanisms, optimizes resource allocation, and encourages team autonomy. The board is confident that the establishment of Yuankong Zhiqu will create synergies with the group's existing businesses and inject new momentum into the group's long-term development
