According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Chinese property stocks surged during the trading session. As of the time of publication, Sunac China (01918) rose by 12.03% to HKD 1.49; Country Garden (02007) increased by 9.28% to HKD 0.53; Shimao Group (00813) climbed by 7.41% to HKD 0.29; China Vanke (02202) went up by 5.67% to HKD 4.29; and R&F Properties (02777) gained 5% to HKD 0.63.
