Tyson Foods announced a network adjustment to strengthen its long-term beef business. It will cease operations at the beef plant in Lexington, Nebraska, and convert its beef plant in Amarillo, Texas, to a single full-capacity shift. The output of other company beef plants will be increased to optimize production across the entire network
