CROWNICORP (00727.HK) announced a proposed rights issue, issuing up to 953 million shares; the rights issue price is HKD 0.65, a discount of 19.75% compared to the last trading day (21st). The maximum fundraising amount is HKD 620 million, with a net amount of HKD 618 million intended to be used entirely for the development of residential land located in the Qianhai New Area of Shenzhen
