# NVIDIA sends a memo to analysts rebutting Michael Burry's claims

Reuters reported on a memo released in full by research firm Bernstein, stating that NVIDIA sent a detailed memo to sell-side equity analysts last week, refuting Michael Burry's criticisms of the company point by point. NVIDIA responded to an article by another author on Substack, which claimed to have used AI to analyze NVIDIA's publicly disclosed financial information, revealing its inventory backlog and customers' inability to pay
