SOCAM DEV (00983.HK) announced that it exercised the subscription option to acquire 0.5% of SOCON's equity from Qu Caihua, which mainly engages in construction, renovation, and maintenance projects in Hong Kong and Macau, for a cash consideration of HKD 9.03 million. Upon completion, the company will hold 94.75% of SOCON's equity
