# GUIXIN GROUP: Wen Peng resigns as independent non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GUIXIN GROUP (08349) announced that Mr. Wen Peng has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective December 2, 2025, to devote more time to his other business commitments. Mr. Wen will also no longer serve as the chairman of the company's nomination committee, as well as a member of the company's remuneration committee, audit committee, and risk management committee, effective from the same date
