# Wells Fargo assists Netflix in acquiring Warner Bros by providing a $29.5 billion bridge loan

Wells Fargo (WFC.US) served as a co-financial advisor for Netflix (NFLX.US) in its acquisition of Warner Bros. (WBD.US) and provided a $29.5 billion bridge loan. According to foreign media reports, the enterprise value of this transaction is approximately $82.7 billion, and Wells Fargo's single underwriting amount is the highest in the history of investment-grade bridge loans.

Wells Fargo stated that this transaction is an important milestone for the bank in its investment banking business, enhancing its advisory role in this year's largest mergers and acquisitions, and rising to fourth place in the mergers and acquisitions advisor rankings.
