ANDRE JUICE (02218.HK) announced that its shareholder Guangzhou Unified plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3.412 million A shares, accounting for 1% of the total share capital, due to its own funding needs. Currently, Guangzhou Unified holds 6.25% of the company's total share capital
