According to the Zhitong Finance APP, INNOSCIENCE (02577) rose nearly 7% in the afternoon, and as of the time of writing, it was up 6.49%, priced at HKD 86.1, with a transaction volume of HKD 361 million.

In terms of news, ON Semiconductor and INNOSCIENCE announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to explore opportunities in the gallium nitride (GaN) power device market.
