# GreenDot acquires Italian advanced mechanical recycler Forplast SpA

OSLO, Norway Dec 8, 2025 - Agilyx ASA (OSE: AGLX: OTCQX: AGXXF: ISIN:NO0010872468: WKN: A2QGQ) ("Agilyx" or the "Company") reports GreenDot'sacquisition of 80% of Forplast SpA, a quality Italian compounder of recycledhigh-density polyethylene and recycled polypropylene products, expandingGreenDot´s capabilities and business footprint. The all-cash transactionincluded an initial payment in 2023 and a final payment made at closing, fullyfunded by existing GreenDot cash reserves. Forplast is expected to make anEBITDA contribution in 2026 and reach annual revenues of over 50m euros by2030.

The transaction strengthens GreenDot's leadership in mechanical recycling ofhousehold plastic packaging waste and in compounding quality recyclates backinto high-value plastic end products, with a focus on bottle-to-bottle andpipemanufacturing. The integration provides Forplast with access to additionalplastic waste feedstock and gives GreenDot access to market-leading technicalknowledge that will be leveraged to improve quality and margins at GreenDot´sexisting mechanical recycling facilities. The investment further contributestothe European plastic packaging circular economy objectives, to the industrydecarbonization challenges, and, in particular, to the 2030 recycled contenttargets for plastic packaging under the EU Packaging and Packaging WasteRegulation PPWR.
