# Li Auto's subsidiary Beijing Liding Sales Company reduces its capital to 1.64 billion, a decrease of approximately 34%

According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Beijing Liding Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with its registered capital reduced from 2.5 billion RMB to 1.64 billion RMB, a decrease of approximately 34%. At the same time, some senior executives have changed. The company was established in August 2019, with Liu Jie as the legal representative. Its business scope includes automobile sales, retail of auto parts, wholesale of auto parts, sales of machinery and equipment, furniture sales, centralized fast charging stations, sales of daily miscellaneous goods, sales of household goods, and information consulting services, among others. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Leading Ideal HK Limited, a subsidiary of Li Auto
